\"\"<\/a>Movie Prop Collector<\/em>s was at C2E2 recently and had the pleasure to speak with famed actor (as well as writer, director, and producer) Sean Astin<\/strong><\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n

Sean<\/em> of course has starred in quite a few memorable films such as The Lord of the Rings<\/em><\/strong><\/a> trilogy, The Goonies<\/em><\/strong><\/a>, Rudy<\/em><\/strong><\/a>, Bulworth<\/em><\/strong><\/a>, Toy Soldiers<\/em><\/strong><\/a>, Click<\/em><\/strong><\/a>, Masters of Science Fiction<\/em><\/strong><\/a>, Monk<\/em><\/strong><\/a>, 24<\/em><\/strong><\/a>, the list goes on. Sean<\/em> volunteers much of his free time to helping others with various civic groups including The National Center for Family Literacy<\/em><\/a>,\u00a0 The Creative Coalition<\/em><\/a>, Peace First<\/em><\/a>, and many others. He also served the Secretary of the Army<\/em><\/a> as a Civilian Aide (Southern California) from 1995-2005.<\/p>\n

While Sean<\/em> was quite busy at C2E2<\/em> signing autographs and meeting fans,\u00a0 he managed to take a few moments with Movie Prop Collectors<\/em> to share a sneak peak about his upcoming appearance on the Sy Fy<\/em><\/a> show, Hollywood Treasure<\/em><\/strong><\/a> premiering May 22nd at 10\/9c on the SyFy channel<\/em>.<\/p>\n
