\"\"<\/a>I was fortunate to attend Comic Con<\/em><\/strong> <\/a>again this year and it did not disappoint. While there was literally something for everyone<\/em>, one special thing to check out and see was booth #1605.<\/p>\n

Booth #1605 sponsored by premier auction house Profiles in History<\/a><\/em><\/strong>, teamed up with\u00a0Michael J Fox’s<\/em><\/strong> <\/a>foundation, Team Fox<\/em><\/strong> <\/a>to raise money for Parkinson’s<\/a><\/em><\/strong> research.<\/p>\n

There was a special presentation of the original Delorean car from the Michael J Fox\/Christoper Lloyd film, Back to the Future 3<\/a><\/em><\/strong> as well as a rare and some never before seen museum of original props and costumes from all three Back to the Future films.<\/p>\n

Comic Con<\/em> attendees were able to actually get in the original screen used Delorean<\/a><\/strong> seen and driven by Michael J Fox<\/em> in the film, and have their picture taken by Oliver<\/em> and Terry Holler<\/em> from Team Fox<\/em> for a donation of $20.<\/p>\n

100% of the proceeds raised went to Team Fox<\/em>\u00a0 for Parkinson’s<\/a><\/em><\/strong> research. The booth was packed the entire convention, which meant that quite a bit was raised for the foundation.<\/p>\n

Back to the Future<\/em> stars Claudia Wells<\/strong><\/em> <\/a>(Jennifer), Billy Zane<\/em><\/strong> <\/a>(Match), and Jeffrey Weissman<\/em><\/strong> <\/a>( George in BTF parts 1 and 2) joined Profiles<\/em><\/strong> and Team Fox<\/em><\/strong> signing autographs and posing for photos with fans.<\/p>\n

Profiles<\/em> CEO and SyFy Hollywood Treasure<\/em><\/strong> <\/a>host, Joe Maddalena<\/a><\/strong><\/em> lent a hand, as well as volunteers who assisted throughout the convention.<\/p>\n

Delorean <\/em>car owner<\/em>,<\/em><\/strong> Desi Dos Santos <\/a><\/strong><\/em>greeted BTF fans, and helped take photos for Team Fox.<\/p>\n
