\"341101\"<\/a>Profiles in History<\/em><\/strong> CEO and President and SyFy’s<\/em><\/strong><\/a> Hollywood Treasure<\/em><\/strong><\/a> host, Joe Maddalena<\/em><\/strong><\/a>, was recently interviewed by Mark<\/em>, Nina<\/em>, and Richard<\/em> from the UK’s “Mark and Nina Show<\/em><\/strong><\/a>“. Discussing famous props, costumes, and art, as well as sharing behind the scenes info and experiences about collecting, Joe shared info about his popular Hollywood Treasure <\/em>series. Joe<\/em> also discussed news about some cool upcoming auctions being held by PIH<\/em> this July.<\/p>\n

In the interviews Joe<\/em> mentions Profiles in History<\/em> will be holding about 6 auctions this year including auctions for, rock and roll, Hollywood, book and manuscript, animation, and a special Marilyn Monroe<\/em> collection.<\/p>\n

Joe<\/em> was asked by Nina<\/em> if he would ever get the bench from “Forrest Gump<\/em>” and he explained he recently got it for his July auction, as well as attaining a large collection of items from the classic film, “The Sound of Music<\/em>“. July sounds like a big time for film fans and original memorabilia collectors.<\/p>\n

During the interview Mark<\/em>, Nina<\/em>, and Richard<\/em> told Joe<\/em> how much they loved Hollywood Treasure<\/em> and asked him if there were going to be more episodes of the\u00a0 show\u00a0for the future. Joe<\/em> mentioned it was a matter of waiting till the end of this year to see what happens.<\/p>\n

Judging by the many previous and new HT fans on FaceBook<\/strong><\/a>, the show is still as popular as ever, and the fan base continues to grow.<\/p>\n

\"HTJoeCast2013\"<\/a>Let’s hope SyFy<\/em> starts production on a new season of Hollywood Treasure<\/em> soon.<\/p>\n
