\"ElmPoster1\"<\/a>The house featured in the Wes Craven<\/em><\/strong> <\/a>1984 film, A Nightmare on Elm Stree<\/em><\/strong>t<\/a>, is for sale for the sum of $2.1 million dollars.<\/p>\n

The home was purchased by Angie Hill<\/em><\/strong><\/a> for a little over 1 million in 2006 ($1,150,000) according to Zillow<\/em><\/strong><\/a>. Zillow<\/em> lists the house having a Zesitmate<\/em> (Zillows<\/em> verbiage for estimate), of $1,687,152.<\/p>\n

According to quotes made by Miss Hill<\/em> published by Aol Real Estate<\/em><\/strong><\/a>, she “took apart 90 percent of the entire home — walls, ceilings, the roof — and replaced them<\/em>“, Miss Hill also said\u00a0 “I replaced every piece of wood and reconfigured the floor plan. I ripped off half the house<\/em>.”<\/p>\n
