\"\"<\/a>Actress, author, philanthropist, and photographer, Jamie Lee Curtis<\/a><\/em><\/strong> made an exclusive video announcement via Dread Central<\/em><\/strong><\/a> late last night and the internet is buzzing.<\/p>\n

In the video, Jamie Lee<\/em><\/strong> announces her upcoming, one time only<\/em><\/span><\/strong>, convention appearance at HorrorHound Weekend<\/em><\/strong><\/a>, taking place November\u00a0 16th thru the 18th at the Indianapolis Marriott\u00a0<\/strong>East<\/strong><\/em><\/a>, located at 7202 East 21st Street, Indianapolis, Indiana, 46219. Ms. Curtis’s<\/em> appearance at HorrorHound Weekend<\/em> is this one and only time<\/em><\/strong><\/span>, and she will not be making the “convention rounds”<\/em><\/span><\/strong> as some news organizations have suggested. It should also be mentioned that Sean Clark<\/em><\/strong><\/a> of Convention All Stars<\/em><\/strong><\/a> was integral in making her appearance happen.<\/p>\n

I cannot emphasize the importance of this news. Jamie Lee Curtis<\/em> has never done a horror convention such as this and she will be doing this\u00a0only<\/em> one time<\/em><\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n

I am sure the event will sell out fast because of Jamie’s crossover appeal not only for her popularity as an actress, but her being a critically acclaimed and best selling author as well. Ms Curtis’s<\/em> children’s books are extremely popular so I would not be surprised if they are part of the convention as well. Be sure to get your tickets early as soon as they become available.<\/p>\n

Another great thing about this appearance is that the ALL monies raised from Jamie’s<\/em> Q&A panel, autograph, and photo ops, will go to a very important charity. The Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles<\/em><\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

Jamie Lee<\/em> will be appearing Saturday, November 17th, and Sunday, November, 18th.
