Wednesday, December 8th is the season final of the Syfy channels hit show, Hollywood Treasure. Be sure to tune in for a marathon of the shows first season episodes from 8am-1pm eastern. Christies London sold A Walther air pistol held by Sean Connery as James Bond in the photo-shoot used for the the poster in the advertising campaign for the 1963 United Artists/Eon film From Russia With Love today for an astounding £277,250, which is $438,609 in U.S. Dollars. The weapon was not used in any of the James Bond films but was used for quite a few promotional posters. ... more.
