Premier auction house, Profiles in History's two day Hollywood Auction #49 has concluded today and the hammered total for the two day auction ($1.2 million yesterday, and 4.5 million today) was an astounding, $ 5.7 million dollars* not including bp. If factoring in the buyers premium the amount is $7,011,000 ! The majority of the 1045 lots sold and there were some pretty amazing price... more.

Day two of Profiles in History's entertainment series of auctions was their Animation Auction, and it did not disappoint. The auction hammered approximately $1.2 million dollars* not including bp ($1,476,000.00 with bp),with the majority of lots sold. Auction house, Profiles in History, held the first of three entertainment auctions today. "The Dreier Collection Auction" consisted of 396 lots which did very well, hammering approximately* $2.4 $2,535,550@ million dollars without the buyers premium or bp included, and close to over $3 million@ with the bp factored in. Brian Chanes from premier auction house, Profiles in History, talks about lot#756, a rare screen used, Proton Pack from Ghostbusters. This item, is part of Profiles Hollywood Auction #49, being held this Monday and Tuesday, July 30th and 31st.
