Recently I was at Universal Studios in Hollywood CA, and was part of their Grinchmas celebration.

Grinchmas is the parks celebration for the holidays and the park is full of Christmas and holiday themed decorations, shows ( a mini show on the famous Universal Studio Tour is a must see), and cast members dressed for the occasion, including characters from Universal Studios Ron Howard film, The Grinch, which starred Jim Carrey as The Grinch.

Visitors can play in real snow in the Grinch’s Winter playground daily until 3:30 pm and after that can attend the Wholiday Tree Lighting ceremony as well as a reading of Dr. Seuss’ “How The Grinch Stole Christmas” held twice nightly by various celebrities.
