Here is the hero and self contained, animatronic Gizmo puppet from Gremlins 2.

This hero puppet was used when actors Zach Galligan and Phoebe Cates would have Gizmo in their hands and walk around with him.

He is an animatronic, radio controlled robot, with full movement of eyes, mouth, ears, head, and arms.

I screen matched him, and one scene was featured in the websites opening film.
