I was recently able to acquire this background screen used Subspecies puppet.
This is not poseable any longer as the foam has hardened, and the puppet is frozen in this position.

The puppet has a wire armature (not hero), and was used for limited stop motion sequences as one of the background Subspecies characters.

The puppet below is a hero full armature rod puppet created by DavidAllen. I posted this puppet last May.
This amazing extremely rare, hero original rod puppet, was created by the late master stop motion artist, David Allen, for the Subspecies 1, 2 and 3 films. It has the same basic skeleton as the stop motion puppet, but the joints are loose so he can walk and move real time by a puppeteer.
It is in excellent condition, unrestored, and the foam is still soft, as he was sealed very early on after production.
It is screen matched as well. *
