Michael Jackson is suing both Darren Julien, owner of auction house, Julien's, and Julien's Auctions claiming they are not following their contract agreement to auction off Mr. Jacksons property.
Some on line sources are asking:
Could this be a publicity stunt by either party involved or both, for free press and to drive higher prices during bad economic times?
I have no idea, only Julien's and Mr. Jackson know the facts.
